The organic Uma rice that we offer comes from a single farm, making the quality and taste consistent. Red rice is a kind of unpolished rice which has higher nutritional value compared to white rice or even polished rice. The par boiling process is done in-farm, the old fashioned way over a wood fire, paddy is sun dried and milled.
